Fm12 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and rules governing use of the fm12 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the fm12 platform at https://fm12.bet, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the fm12 management team as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The fm12 platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are using the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the fm12 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. False or misleading information may result in account termination and the cancellation of any outstanding balance or winnings.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. fm12 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any channel outside the platform's official login system. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fm12's customer support team immediately. Any activity carried out through your account prior to the receipt of such a report remains your responsibility.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
Users of the fm12 platform are prohibited from doing any of the following while using our services:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of fm12's technical systems
- Transferring or sharing your account with another individual without authorisation
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that goes against the stated promotional terms
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to third parties
- Accessing the platform via proxy, VPN, or any other method to conceal your true location in order to bypass restrictions
- Taking any action that may negatively impact the experience of other users on the platform
Violation of any of the above prohibitions gives fm12 the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, and to void any outstanding balance or winnings if the violation involves fraud or system abuse.
Payment Information and Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the fm12 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You are responsible for ensuring that any payment method you use belongs to you and is legally valid.
All deposits must be made using a payment method supported by the platform. Minimum deposit limits and available payment methods are determined by fm12 and are subject to change from time to time. Once a deposit has been successfully processed and the transaction confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the identity verification process required by fm12. Processing times depend on the chosen method and may take one to three business days. fm12 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review if any unusual activity is detected.
Before a user's first withdrawal is processed, they may be required to submit identity verification documents in accordance with the established procedure. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in delays or rejection of the withdrawal request.
Fm12 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment service provider when processing transactions. Any discrepancy between the amount sent and the amount received due to third-party fees is the user's responsibility.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
Fm12 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or freedom from technical errors. The platform may experience temporary disruptions due to maintenance, system updates, or factors beyond our control. fm12 is not liable for any financial losses arising from technical disruptions, game outcomes, or failed transactions caused by factors outside the platform's control. fm12's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of active funds held in that user's account at the time of the incident.
Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content on the fm12 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and brand names — is the exclusive property of fm12 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from fm12. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
The fm12 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. fm12 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing external sites is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the terms of those respective sites.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Fm12 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, system abuse, breach of terms, or activity that compromises the security of the platform or other users. Users whose accounts are suspended on valid grounds are not entitled to claim compensation. Any request for review may be submitted through fm12's official customer support channels.
Fm12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without specific notice to individual users. The latest effective date will always be displayed at the top of this page. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the fm12 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
